Sunao’s training style is flexible, interactive and objective-focus; delivering what his participants want to bring back and apply at their workplace. In order to do so, he always observes his participants at the beginning and adjusts a flow and activity to make the contents more suitable for them.

Sunao has more than 20 years of consulting and training experience. Prior to moving to Singapore, he was based in Tokyo, Japan, and worked for a management consulting firm assisting foreign firms entering the Japanese market to set up new business operations.
