Seiji Nakano is a coach & trainer, digital learning specialist and IT entrepreneur.  After living outside of Japan for 10 years since age of 16 and obtaining an MA in Intercultural Communication, he decided to experiment, becoming a Japanese salaryman himself to observe and analyse the deeply rooted distinctive culture. During this time, he spent 4 years closely working with the CEO of medium-sized manufacturing company where he focused on various organisational culture change projects, leadership development, customer service improvement and implementation of new personnel evaluation system while also working on ICT developments projects as IT manager.  He later used his IT and consulting skills to work as an IT consultant in London-based Japanese IT company, supervising sales operations and advising on internal/external cross-cultural communication. With his experience and knowledge, he has been providing coaching, trainings on intercultural competence, global leadership and effective communication, and consultation on digital transformation of learning.
