Naomi has a background in senior management across a range of sectors including Luxury Retail, Financial Services and most recently the Art world. A Human Resources professional for over twenty years, Naomi’s key experience lies in working with top talent to support organisational effectiveness, and ensuring that all coaching and development interventions are strategically aligned to achieve the outstanding results both her clients and their organisations require.
As a coach Naomi works with leaders at all levels to develop their confidence and credibility both personally and within the organization. Her particular specialisms include transition and career development coaching, fine tuning personal skills for maximum influence and inspirational leadership.
Naomi has superb commercial experience gained at Christies, where she worked as a Senior Director for 10 years in the roles of Global Head of Learning & Development and Global Head of Organisation Development. She led a global team of trainers and change leads during her tenure overseeing a number of global programmes working alongside the Global Executive Board
Her time at F&C Management Limited has given Naomi an excellent insight into the finance sector. She found this a challenging environment and now uses this experience to support others as they work through their own transitions.
Naomi worked in the retail sector where she gained excellent customer service, training and CRM experience. She works with clients to develop engagement in others and create an exceptional customer experience for her brands.
