I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to meet you in real life on Thursday and to thank you on behalf of the Team for helping us make our event so successful. The feedback for your session has been so positive, people loved your ideas and in our quick Menti poll at the end of the event, when we asked: “What one thing will you take away with you?”… “Ask Better Questions” came out at the top with a 30% response rate, and “Interrupt more effectively” was our 3rd response, so the numbers say it all! Well done! On a personal note, I was inspired (and if I’m honest totally envious) of your ability to interact with the crowd and your presentation style, it’s good to have a new role model 😉

I just thought I would drop you a note to let you know how awesome I thought you were on Thursday at the PPX, particularly knowing that I was in your third session. I have spoken to lots of people on my team and elsewhere who all thought your session was the best, and have remarked on how engaging and insightful the session was. I have been asking my team about how they ask questions, and also (really importantly) if they have interrupted anyone yet. Someone on my team, who I thought wouldn’t do such a thing as interrupt someone in a month of Sundays has tried it using your method and found it successful and really importantly bolstered her confidence. I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for an absolutely fantastic training! During my years in at this company, I have gone through many trainings and applied tools from all levels of Six Sigma to Lean, Fast Works, PSP (DBS), you name it, and to me there has always been a missing piece, which I feel that you have provided a starting point for.
