Sue is Vice chair of Bournemouth and Poole college and the founder of Wellman Associates and Motivate Cards, prior to that she worked for CEDAR International where she was Head of Learning and Development.

She joined CEDAR from Bally, where she was a Regional Human Resources Director and then Global HR Director, responsible for the global co-ordination and implementation of a new brand, vision, strategy and organisational structure. Before this, she held a variety of personnel management roles in Marks and Spencer plc.

Sue has over 18 years experience as an HR generalist and has spent the last 22 years as a management consultant specialising in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, and organisation, team and management development, her prior three years were spent specialising in mentoring at board level, introducing best practice HR processes, management development and sales and marketing training at an international level.  She has broad experience in designing integrated training, development and communication processes to implement cultural change.  As well as being a specialist in learning and development and organisational change, she has also been a mentor and coach at Board level.

Sue is a qualified MBTI user, Master Practitioner of NLP and a NLP Certified coach, and is a qualified Saville and Holdsworth occupational tester.

She speaks fluent French and has a basic understanding of German and Spanish.
